Shine Those Drivers: 2012 Golf Tournament

The Golf Committee has moved this year’s tournament from September to August because so many members are impacted by the fall tax season. The committee also hopes Friday will be an easier day for folks to get out of the office. And by popular request, the tournament—held jointly with the CalCPA East Bay Chapter—returns to Harding Park. Be sure to circle the date on your calendar now and join us.

U.S. Monetary Policy and National Economic Outlook

CalCPA’s Peninsula/Silicon Valley and Silicon Valley San Jose chapters are joining forces with the Financial Planning Association of Silicon Valley to present a briefing from Yelena Takhtamanova, an economist with the Federal Reserve Bank in San Francisco. Her discussion will focus on the macroeconomic outlook, recent monetary policy actions and expectations for 2012.

Transition Planning and Exit Strategies for Business Owners
