What is the best way for your clients to hold title to their assets? How important is it if your client has a trust that their assets are titled in the name of the trust? Guest speaker Mike Bennett, Esq., will discuss the positives and negatives of joint tenancy, tenants in common, and community property and how a trust may be the right solution.

UC Davis Launches Master of Professional Accountancy

The UC Davis Graduate School of Management will become the first University of California school to offer a master’s degree in professional accountancy. The Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAc) will inaugurate its first class in fall 2012, and the university is accepting applications. Learn more.
