SEC Financial Reporting Conference

This conference will focus on financial reporting issues facing companies in today’s volatile economic environment. The program offers updates from the SEC, FASB and PCAOB, as well as insights on what to expect from the regulators in the coming years. The program also includes three expert panels on valuation and impairment, executive compensation and hot topics of the day.

The program is put on by CSU Fullerton’s Center for Corporate Reporting and Governance, in conjunction with CalCPA and the CalCPA Education Foundation. [Download PDF brochure]
