		<description>A nice write-up.  Personally, I think a mentor should not be your boss; in fact, I&#039;d suggest not in the same company/business.  You will undoubtedly know what your boss and organization wants, feels, thinks, experiences, etc.  Having a completely separate (and neutral) view-point, can offer more &#039;experience&#039; to an upcomer.
