Strategy and Management Matters
The Management of an Accounting Practice Discussion Group will meet Thursday, May 21, 7:30–9 a.m. to discuss Chapters 19–21: How Practice Leaders Add Value, How to Create a Strategy and Fast-Track Strategy, from David Maister’s book, “Managing the Professional Service Firm.”
