Welcome Aboard!

We have been on an awesome ride this past year. The time has flown by, and we have so many people to thank for all of their hard work and dedication. I would like to thank Sheryl Yardumian for all of her contributions and vision as president, and I also send thanks to past president Denise Patterson for her continued involvement. A big thanks to all of the board members and committee chairs for their passion, hard work and dedication, which helps to make our organization what it is. I also want to thank Kay Coffin for everything she does every day.

I am excited to be part of an organization that does so much to promote the great profession of accounting, and I am looking forward to another amazing year. We face challenges in these tough economic times, but with challenge brings accomplishment, and I know we can do great things.

Our incoming board of directors and committee chairs bring with them a range of experience, excitement for the profession and, most of all, dedication to the chapter and CalCPA. I am excited to work with everyone in the upcoming year and know this will be a year to remember.

A special message to all of our members out there: Without you, there would be no association or chapter. Thank you for your continued membership, and if you ever have any comments, questions, ideas or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
